Once again, I’m honored that you would take the time to find out a little bit about me! Feel free to drop me a line to let me know a little bit about you too.

This is a Conversation, not a one man show.

The whole goal of my blog is to provide and start conversations about worship (and all that it entails), provide challenging thoughts and motivations to move us beyond a Sunday morning commentary (so we can actually DO something and make a difference), and engage in the writing and formation of songs (I’ll leave out the word ‘worship’ due to other reasons).

I would be honored if you would join the conversation, sharing your thoughts and ideas.

To some this may seem broad and to others this may seem to narrow. Either way, it’s a starting point. I invite you to join in when you can.

I’m a pastor. Well, actually I’m a worship and creative arts pastor of a local church and I am driven by the desire to see all people bring heaven to earth. To move past the motions and to engage in this mission, to engage in society, and to truly love our neighbors. And although this is nothing new, I believe there are better ways, easier ways so to speak, that we can bring heaven to earth now.

So what are the rest of the details?

• I have an amazing wife and an equally amazing family that is continuing to grow.
• Christine is my anchor and my rock. I could not go through life with out her.
• My kids (Robby, Carter, Nora, and Gavin) are my inspiration.
  
• I believe the church should be leading the world in all areas, including the arts, and not simply following behind.
